1. About the Site

The Site describes bookkeeping services offered by Nevada Balance. Information on the Site is general and is not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice. Nevada Balance is a bookkeeping business, not a CPA firm, and does not prepare or file tax returns.

2. Services

Bookkeeping services are provided only under a separate agreement or engagement with each client. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship. Submitting a form does not mean we have accepted an engagement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Please do not submit account numbers or sensitive financial documents through Site forms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, graphics and the Nevada Balance name and logo, belongs to Nevada Balance or its licensors. Stock photos are used under their respective licenses. You may not copy or reuse Site content without permission.

5. SMS Terms

• Program: Nevada Balance text messages.
• Messages you may receive: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, monthly document reminders, and customer care follow-ups. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree.
• How to opt in: check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, or otherwise give us express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevada Balance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for client services is governed by each client's engagement agreement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
